Leadership Flower Mound Graduation 2020
Congratulations Leadership Flower Mound class of 2020!
We wanted to take a moment to say congratulations to our team member Megan Hancock for graduating from Leadership Flower Mound with the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce. A couple of our team members were able to attend the ceremony at Marty B’s in Bartonville to honor her and her classmates achievement.
Through this course they were able to meet and learn from those in different levels of our government, parks and recreation departments, education levels elementary through college, as well as our emergency service and detention departments. Megan would come back each month and express just how grateful she was to be able to learn more about our community and how we can all help one another.
We truly enjoy being able to serve those in our community and look forward to the continued involvement in the future.

Corporal Christian Robertson presenting retired Major John Mondy with a flag that was flown over al Asad, Iraq.
SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville is a minority/veteran owned business and has always supported our nation's military. We have had several team members enlist, deploy, and return back to the team as they arrive home. Today we had an amazing gift provided to us by one of our team members!
Corporal Christian Robertson surprised our owner retired Major John Mondy with a flag that was flown over Al Asad, Iraq. They folded it together and Christian presented it as he returned back to the SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville family from deployment. We are grateful he returned home safely and honored he is a part of our team once again.
"So that all shall know, this flag was flown in the face of the enemy, and bears witness to the strengths of the American people in the rebuilding of Iraq and denying a safe haven for terrorists."
Spending time exploring our beautiful city
City Hall has a veterans memorial on the front left side for everyone to spend a moment.
Some of you may not know that prior to our franchise name change we serviced the residents of Lewisville, Tx. When our corporate office announced we would be able to add Lewisville onto our franchise name we were elated!
The city of Lewisville is beautiful and the people within this community are amazing. With over 100,000 residents spanning 36 square miles it has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States. The commercial side of the city is very diverse with its top employers being JPMorgan Chase, Lewisville Independent School District, and Nationstar Mortgage.
We took some time to explore the city and see everything it has to offer. There are so many beautiful areas throughout Lewisville that we had to snap a few pictures. Check out our Facebook for a glimpse!

Our team loves being involved and helping others within our community. When we read the article from the town website regarding how safe it was we couldn't have been more proud!
The Town of Flower Mound was named #5 Safest City to Raise a Child in the country! This information was provided from a study by SafeWise, a community-focused security organization.
