Growth In Kitchen Requires Demo and Remodel

When microbial growth was discovered in a local Flower Mound home's kitchen, SERVPRO of Flower Mound / Lewisville was called out to perform remediation and demo services. Localized containment was setup to prevent spores from reaching other areas of the home as well as the drywall and flooring dust from removal. The granite countertops and stone backsplash was removed and set aside while the affected lower cabinets were removed and discarded.

The before picture shows what the kitchen looked like before the remediation and demo began. The after photo shows what was required before the kitchen could be put back together. We've all heard the saying it gets rough before it gets better!
